Lotus, the leading retail company in Thailand, is celebrating its 30th anniversary by aiming to become a SMART Community Center, a hub for smart living in local communities. To express their gratitude to their valued customers, Lotus has launched a grand campaign to provide special memories through various activities. One of the highlights of this celebration is the „Lotus’s 30th Anniversary with Gong Yoo in Bangkok“ event, where the popular Korean artist Gong Yoo will join Thai fans for a fun-filled experience in October. This event not only celebrates Lotus’s milestone but also signifies their commitment to growing alongside the Thai society as outlined in their sustainable strategy, „Vision 2030. Actions every day,“ which encompasses environmental, social, and governance aspects of their business operations.

Mr. Sompong Rungnirattisai, Chairman of Lotus Thailand, expressed, „Throughout our 30-year journey, Lotus has continuously evolved to enhance the shopping experience, deliver quality products and services, and innovate to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Our goal of becoming a SMART Community Center involves providing high-quality fresh food, catering to all aspects of lifestyle, offering omni-channel services, and providing personalized benefits through the My Lotus membership program. We are committed to sustainability in every dimension of our business operations every day.“

In celebration of their 30th anniversary, Lotus has organized the „Buy Anything, Meet Gong Yoo“ campaign, where the Korean artist Gong Yoo will participate in the Lotus’s 30th Anniversary event in Bangkok. The top 2,000 spenders who purchase products at Lotus stores nationwide or shop at Lotus shopping centers will have the opportunity to meet Gong Yoo and participate in a Lucky Draw with 1,300 prizes. Customers can join this campaign from August 15 to October 2, exclusively for My Lotus members. Additionally, to commemorate their special milestone, Lotus has prepared two more major campaigns to express their gratitude to their customers.

One of these campaigns is the „Million Coin Festival,“ where customers can receive and exchange coins daily, totaling 30 million coins. Customers can easily earn coins by purchasing over 650 products from more than 110 renowned brands, scanning QR codes on receipts, playing games on the app, or participating in daily lucky draws. Another campaign is the „Eat & Exchange Rewards“ program, where customers can receive e-stamps for every 200 baht spent on food at Lotus shopping centers to redeem various prizes such as refrigerators, televisions, and Lotus’s Gift Cards.

Moreover, Lotus has collaborated with over 100 popular brands to offer the „Rollback, Heavy Discount, Real Savings“ campaign, featuring over 1,000 discounted items at the lowest prices of the year. Customers can enjoy significant savings and continuous shopping benefits throughout the campaign period.

In addition to these campaigns, Lotus has many more promotions to provide customers with a positive shopping experience every day. Customers can stay updated on these promotions through the Lotus website, Lotus’s Smart App, and the Lotus Facebook page throughout the campaign period from August 15 to October 2.
