First BYD flagship store opens at Hartamas Shopping Centre

Harmony Auto, a leading vehicle distributor from China, has recently launched the first BYD Center at Hartamas Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya. Spanning approximately 8,000 square feet, the BYD Center aims to enhance the customer experience by providing a range of facilities.

The BYD Center features a spacious vehicle display area, a luxurious waiting lounge, dedicated consultation rooms, and a vehicle delivery area. The customer reception area for after-sales services combines modern design with specialized service processes tailored to each customer, seamlessly connected from the shopping center parking lot.

In addition, there are six parking spaces available outside, each equipped with four charging stations for BYD owners to utilize. This initiative reflects BYD’s commitment to providing advanced green mobility solutions globally, with strong government support for promoting the new energy vehicle market in Malaysia.

According to a statement, the collaboration with Harmony Auto will help promote new energy vehicles in Malaysia, aligning with the country’s goal of sustainable transportation. Currently, the BYD models available in the Malaysian market include the BYD Atto 3, BYD Dolphin, and BYD Seal.

To mark the inauguration, Harmony Auto also delivered 10 BYD units to their newest customers, fulfilling their promise of prompt vehicle delivery. Liang Xinyue, the General Manager of BYD Asia-Pacific, expressed that the opening of the BYD Center not only brings a fresh perspective to the Malaysian market but also injects new momentum into introducing green mobility in Malaysia.

The strategic location of the center offers a convenient shopping experience for BYD products, while also facilitating customer vehicle servicing. Liang Xinyue believes that the growing number of BYD customers in Hartamas and the surrounding areas will benefit from the new center, catering to their demand for eco-friendly vehicles.

In conclusion, the launch of the BYD Center at Hartamas Shopping Centre signifies a significant step towards promoting sustainable transportation in Malaysia. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience and providing advanced green mobility solutions, Harmony Auto and BYD are poised to make a positive impact on the Malaysian automotive market.
