The recent Ayodhya gangrape case has brought a new twist to the already shocking incident. The accused, Moid Khan, has been alleged to have ordered the demolition of a shopping complex using bulldozers. This action was taken as Khan is accused of illegally occupying government land to construct the said complex. The operation involved a large number of bulldozers and police personnel to carry out the demolition.
The reason behind this operation stems from the allegations against Moid Khan for encroaching on government land to build the shopping complex. Prior to initiating the demolition, the shopping complex was vacated. Additionally, the Punjab National Bank office located within the complex will also be cleared out. According to reports, the third part of the shopping complex will also be demolished. Earlier, the accused Moid Khan’s bakery was also demolished using bulldozers. Meanwhile, the safety of the Ayodhya gang rape victim has been increased. Currently, she is at the King George Medical University (KGMU) after undergoing an abortion and is staying with her family. For their protection, more than 30 police officers have been deployed.
On July 30th, the Ayodhya police arrested Moid Khan and his associate Raju Khan for allegedly gang-raping a 12-year-old girl in their bakery shop in the Purakalander police station area of Bhadrasa Nagar. The police revealed that Moid and Raju had committed the heinous act two months prior and had also recorded the crime. The incident came to light when the victim, who was pregnant, underwent a recent medical examination.
The arrest of the accused and the demolition of the shopping complex owned by Moid Khan have brought some semblance of justice to the victims in this case. The authorities are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the gang-rape victim and her family. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of swift and decisive action in cases of sexual violence. It is crucial for the legal system to provide support and protection to victims while holding perpetrators accountable for their actions.
In conclusion, the Ayodhya gangrape case highlights the need for a robust legal system that can swiftly address cases of sexual violence and ensure justice for the victims. The recent developments in the case, including the arrest of the accused and the demolition of the shopping complex, are steps in the right direction towards delivering justice and ensuring the safety of the victims. It is imperative for society to stand united against such heinous crimes and work towards creating a safer and more just environment for all.
