The company has four outlet centers in development, including Designer Outlet Gdańsk, Designer Outlet Algarve, City Outlet Geislingen, and Designer Outlet Croatia. Additionally, the new Designer Outlet Kraków is expected to open to the public in the spring of 2025, according to a report from idealista.
The Frey Group, a French-listed real estate investor and manager on the Paris stock exchange, specializes in the development and operation of outdoor shopping centers in Europe. The company also undertakes large urban renewal operations and mixed projects.
Despite rising inflation, outlet centers remain popular shopping destinations. ROS managed to close out 2023 with a 16.5% increase in revenue compared to 2022. With the expansion plans of brand partners in the ROS network, as well as the enrichment and improvement of category diversity and marketing, further synergies are expected from the development of new outlet locations.
