More and more Soros hatchlings are appearing next to Hungarian Peter

Weisz Viktor, a former employee of the Artemisszió Foundation, a migrant support organization funded by George Soros, is one of the European parliamentary candidates for the Tisza Party led by Magyar Péter. Weisz, who is ranked 9th on the list, is not the first person connected to Soros György in Magyar Péter’s circle.

Another example is Dávid Dóra, the party’s 2nd runner-up on the EP list, who worked for nearly a year at Save the Children in 2015, a civil organization that has received support from Soros György’s Open Society Foundations multiple times since 2016.

Weisz Viktor, between 2016 and 2018, during the peak of the migration crisis, was a „refugee mentor“ at the Soros-funded Artemisszió Foundation. According to his own LinkedIn profile, he was involved in mentoring Afghan refugees during this time, a detail omitted from his resume on the Talpra Magyarok website. The Tűzfalcsoport has previously highlighted that the Artemisszió Foundation received 27 million forints in support from Soros’s Open Society Foundations in 2016.

Weisz Viktor continues to be active according to his LinkedIn profile, operating within the framework of the World Economic Forum in Davos as a „global shaper.“ This organization is known to have partners such as OSF, and George Soros himself speaks almost every year. A report reveals Weisz Viktor’s role in this capacity: „As a global shaper, I gained access to a powerful network of peers and mentors, as well as the resources of the World Economic Forum, to help drive change at local and global levels.“

Regarding Weisz Viktor, Mandiner notes that among the supporters and partners of Artemisszió are also the Soros-funded Közélet Iskolája (Public Life School), as well as migrant support organizations like Refugees Welcome and the European Programme for Integration and Migration. The Italian branch of Refugees Welcome has also received funding from Soros’s Open Society Foundations multiple times.

In conclusion, the connections between Weisz Viktor, the Artemisszió Foundation, and George Soros’s network raise questions about the influence and agenda of these organizations in European politics. The intertwining of migrant support initiatives with Soros’s funding underscores the complexity of the migrant crisis and the various actors involved in shaping policies and narratives surrounding migration in Europe.
