Having started his career with Sage Hospitality and later holding positions at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Phoenix/Mesa, McGregor has a proven track record of success in the industry. He has also worked with other well-known brands such as Topgolf, Aramark, and Palmas Restaurant Group at Walt Disney World. Most recently, McGregor served as the Executive Director of Food & Beverage for Crescent Hotels & Resorts, where he honed his skills in overseeing culinary operations and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
In his new role at South Seas, McGregor will be responsible for overseeing the development and opening of several new dining establishments, each offering a unique culinary experience. From Starbucks to Island Tacos and Shell City Burgers, McGregor’s oversight will ensure that guests have a variety of dining options to choose from during their stay at the resort. Additionally, McGregor will be leading the launch of upcoming restaurants such as Redfish Grill, Scoops & Slices, Harborside, and Beach House, each offering a distinct menu and ambiance for guests to enjoy.
