Reservations for this restaurant are complimentary for cruises 11 days or shorter, with additional reservations available for a fee.

Developed in partnership with the National Health Association, this vegan menu is prepared without added salt, oil, and sugar, as well as being gluten-free. The menu includes dishes such as baked cauliflower croquettes, penne rigate pasta with vegetables, and tahini brownies with strawberries. Peter Tobler, Windstar’s director of hotel operations, highlighted the demand for whole-food, plant-based options and the collaboration with the NHA to provide nutritious and delicious meals for guests.
Carnival Cruise Line is catering to guests looking for non-alcoholic options with the addition of new non-alcoholic cocktails at its Alchemy Bar. These drinks are made with Lyre’s non-alcoholic spirits and offer a refreshing alternative to traditional cocktails. Zachary Sulkes, Carnival’s senior director of beverage operations, emphasized the partnership with Lyre’s to provide the best non-alcoholic options at sea. Guests can enjoy drinks like The Perfect Storm and The Remedy as part of the CHEERS! beverage program or purchase them a la carte.
