Edgar “Dook” Chase IV, a fourth-generation restaurateur from the family behind Dooky Chase’s Restaurant, has brought his culinary expertise to Yulman Stadium with two new stands at section 125. Dook’s Tackle Box offers fried shrimp, oysters, or catfish piled over waffle fries in novelty football bowls, while Dook’s Burgers serves up delicious burgers, chicken tenders, and fried chicken sandwiches topped with pickled onions.
Chase’s goal is to showcase the essence of New Orleans through the seafood offerings, providing a taste of local flavor to both home and visiting fans.
