Grid Battery Metals Inc., a Canadian exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has recently engaged i2i Marketing Group, LLC to provide marketing and media distribution services. The Marketing Agreement, dated August 15, 2024, outlines a four-month initial term with a fee of US$600,000. The agreement includes the creation of an advertising campaign aimed at increasing investor awareness through various online platforms and direct mailing of advertising materials.
The Company will pay i2i an initial deposit of US$150,000 to kickstart the advertising campaign. This deposit will offset the payments required for the initial media distribution budget. Following the initial term, Grid Battery Metals Inc. has the option to extend the media distribution budget for an additional six months for an additional US$600,000. The agreement may continue on a month-to-month basis after the secondary term, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
It is important to note that the Company will not issue any securities to i2i as compensation for their marketing services. As of the date of the agreement, i2i (including its directors and officers) does not own any securities of Grid Battery Metals Inc. and is considered arm’s length to the Company.

One of the Company’s key properties is the Texas Springs Property, located in Elko County, Nevada. The property consists of mineral lode claims with a target lithium clay deposit in volcanic tuff and tuffaceous sediments. The Texas Springs Property adjoins the Nevada North Lithium Project owned by Surge Battery Metals Inc., which has reported significant lithium content in their drilling programs. Grid Battery Metals Inc.’s exploration results at the Texas Springs Property are on-trend with the results from Surge’s drilling activities.
In addition to the Texas Springs Property, Grid Battery Metals Inc. also owns the Clayton Valley Lithium Project, covering over 640 hectares in Clayton Valley. This area is known for its lithium-rich volcanic ash layers, contributing to the formation of lithium brines extracted by companies like Albemarle. The Company also holds the Volt Canyon Lithium Property, consisting of 80 placer claims covering approximately 635 hectares of alluvial sediments and clays in Nevada.
