Innovative Leaders in Marketing, Sales, and Advertising Technology

The MarTech Breakthrough Awards program recently announced the winners of its seventh annual event, recognizing the top companies, technologies, and products in the global marketing, sales, and advertising technology industry. This prestigious award highlights innovation and excellence in various categories such as marketing automation, customer experience, AdTech, SalesTech, marketing analytics, content and social marketing, mobile marketing, and more.

Steve Johansson, Managing Director at MarTech Breakthrough, emphasized the importance of these awards in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. With businesses facing complex marketing challenges, the MarTech Breakthrough Awards aim to showcase tools and platforms that empower brands to navigate multiple channels, intricate customer journeys, and rising customer expectations. The 2024 winners were selected by an independent panel of experts within the MarTech industry based on criteria such as innovation, design, user experience, and technological advancement.

Among the winners in different categories are industry-leading companies and technologies that have demonstrated exceptional performance and innovation. For instance, Acoustic received the Marketing Automation Innovation Award, while Adobe Firefly was recognized as the Best Graphic Design Software in the Content Marketing category. Other notable winners include Splash for Event Management Innovation, Stirista for Conversion Optimization, and Amex for Best B2C Email Marketing Solution.

In the AdTech sector, companies like 33Across, Viant, and Epom were acknowledged for their contributions to programmatic marketing and advertising technology. Skai and Kargo were recognized as the Best Overall AdTech Solution and Best Overall AdTech Company, respectively. The SalesTech category saw winners like Frequence for Best Sales Proposal Software and Hubspot for Best SMB Sales Enablement Software.

Social media management platform Sprout Social was named the Best Overall Social Media Management Platform, while Cision received the award for Best Media Monitoring Solution in the Public Relations category. Influencer marketing platforms IZEA and Captiv8 were recognized for their excellence in influencer marketing, while Phonexa and Typeform stood out in Conversational Marketing.

In the Mobile Marketing category, BigHappy received the Mobile Marketing Innovation Award, and AdMessenger was named the Best Mobile Marketing Platform. Data, Analytics & Intelligence Tools winners included companies like Enformion, BlueConic, Zappi, Acxiom, and Intentsify for their contributions to customer data, marketing insights, and interaction data analytics.

The Customer Experience category highlighted Emplifi as the Best Customer Experience Management Platform, while Stream Companies was recognized as the Best Customer Experience Management Company. Performance Marketing winners included Rakuten Advertising, Ibotta, and BENlabs for their innovative solutions in performance marketing.

Other categories such as Account Based Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Cookieless Marketing, Campaign Management, and Industry Leadership also featured top-performing companies and technologies. The MarTech Breakthrough Awards program, part of Tech Breakthrough, aims to honor excellence in marketing, advertising, and sales technology, providing a platform for public recognition of breakthrough innovations in the industry.
