Bozeman International Exchange Program Seeks Host Families
Bozeman International Exchange program coordinator, Sierra Drake, recently appeared on Montana This Morning to discuss the urgent need for host families in the Bozeman area. Currently, there are two boys, Aituar from Kazakhstan and Ya Jui „Eric“ from Taiwan, who are in need of homes during their exchange program.
Aituar, a 17-year-old from Kazakhstan, is an enthusiastic young man with a variety of interests including chess, basketball, swimming, board games, and travel. In a heartfelt letter to potential host families, Aituar expresses his gratitude for the opportunity to study in the United States and immerse himself in American culture. He is eager to learn, share his own traditions, and create lasting connections with his host family. Aituar promises to be a respectful and responsible guest, willing to help with household chores and children’s studies if needed.
Ya Jui „Eric,“ also 17 years old, hails from Taiwan and has a passion for swimming, jogging, climbing, reading, and playing musical instruments like the piano and horn. In his letter to host families, Eric describes himself as optimistic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow. He values teamwork and collaboration, and hopes to join school clubs during his exchange program to further immerse himself in American culture. Eric is excited to share his Taiwanese heritage with his host family and looks forward to creating unforgettable memories together.
The Bozeman International Exchange program provides a unique opportunity for both host families and exchange students to learn about different cultures, traditions, and ways of life. By opening their homes to these young individuals, host families have the chance to make a lasting impact on their lives and create meaningful connections that can last a lifetime.
If you are interested in becoming a host family for Aituar or Ya Jui „Eric,“ please contact Sierra Drake at the Bozeman International Exchange program. Your hospitality and support can make a world of difference in these young students‘ lives and create a truly unforgettable experience for all involved. Let’s come together as a community to welcome these bright young minds and show them the warmth and hospitality of Bozeman, Montana.
