J&T Real Estate, one of the leading developer companies in the Czech Republic, has recently welcomed Libor Pokorný to their team. With a wealth of experience in the real estate market, Pokorný has previously led marketing efforts for various developer projects at SATPO, overseeing the branding of SATPO and City Home. Prior to this, he managed the marketing of real estate projects and a property fund for qualified investors at CB Property Investors in the crowdinvesting investment platform Crowdberry.
Having held managerial positions at developer and investor Robert Sekera’s company since 2013, Pokorný has a strong background in the industry. Initially serving as a project manager for the Senivia portal, he later took on the complete marketing management of Sekera’s RS development, which was subsequently rebranded under the holding brand RS Group. He was also instrumental in establishing the brand for Sekera’s network of Avenue Hotels.

J&T Real Estate is currently expanding its team in preparation for major projects set to launch this year in Prague and Brno. The largest of these projects is Nový Rohan in Prague’s Karlín district, with an estimated value of around 15 billion Czech crowns. Spanning four hectares, the development will consist of a thousand residential units, five multifunctional buildings primarily for offices, as well as retail spaces, services, and public amenities, all to be built in four phases.
Joining the team as a project manager for Nový Rohan is Pavel Stáhlík, who brings with him experience in managing large developer projects at Skanska Residential, CERE Invest – GEREO Services, and Conti Real.
Taking the helm of the entire team of project managers is Jiří Knob, the new investment director at J&T Real Estate. Knob has been with the company since 2007, previously serving as a project manager for projects such as Rezidence Kampa and the Rustonka office complex. Most recently, he was involved in preparing the Nový Rohan project on one of Prague’s largest development sites. In addition to Nový Rohan, Knob is overseeing projects like Archa Smíchov and Trio Brno, with a combined investment cost of 30 billion Czech crowns.
