With the upcoming school year 2024/2025, the school catering service will undergo a significant organizational change related to enrollment, booking, and payment for meals. A new online enrollment portal has been launched, accessible from any PC connected to the internet, where families must pre-register their children for the school lunch service. Enrollment is mandatory, and those who are not registered for the service will not be able to consume the meal.
Enrollment Process:
To access the portal, click on the following link: https://www1.itcloudweb.com/nociportalegen. New enrollees should click on „Nuova Iscrizione,“ enter the Student’s Tax Code, and click on ‚Sono un nuovo iscritto.‘ Fill in all the required information, save the enrollment, and download the generated documentation. For modifying a saved and submitted enrollment, click on „Nuova Iscrizione“ again, enter the Student’s Tax Code, the Password provided during enrollment, and click on ‚Sono un nuovo iscritto.‘ Change the Password, update the information, save, and download the generated documentation.
Upon accessing the portal, you will be asked to provide a valid email address to receive a code for enrollment. Fill in all the required data, and at the end of the process, you can download the summary of the completed enrollment, an informative manual on using the portal and APP (e.g., for making online payments from the start of the new school year), and a letter with your login credentials. An email containing the access credentials will also be sent to the provided email address. The online form must be completed and signed by August 31, 2024.
Payment Methods:
There are two payment methods available for users to pay for the services offered:
1. Payment via Postal Account No. 18322701, payable to the Municipality of Noci – Treasury Service. Specify the Student’s Last Name and First Name, school, class, section, and the number of meal vouchers.
2. Payment via Bank Transfer (IBAN Code: IT 23 V054 2404 2970 0000 0000 379). Specify the Student’s Last Name and First Name, school, class, section, and the number of meal vouchers.
Once you have chosen a payment method, the receipt of the contribution payment for the purchased meal vouchers can be delivered in person to the School Office or sent to the email address servizi@comune.noci.ba.it. The Office will then credit the corresponding number of meal vouchers to your online account. The PagoPA payment option will be available by December 31 and will be announced through a specific notice.
