Pengembang Township Meraih Kesuksesan Luar Biasa di PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards ke-10

PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU) recently announced the winners and recipients of the 10th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards presented by Kohler. The prestigious event took place at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, where around 50 companies gathered to compete for awards in property development and design, celebrating a decade of real estate excellence.

Among the winners, Sinar Mas Land was awarded the Best Developer for the second consecutive year, with accolades for projects such as Biomedical Campus and Tresor. They also received the Best Mega Township Development award for BSD City, along with their partners Hongkong Land (Navapark), Mitbana (Welton di Hiera BSD), and Sojitz Corporation (Greenland International Industrial Center).

Paramount Land was praised as the Best Township Developer and also won the Best Township Masterplan Design for their Paramount Petals project. They also received multiple awards for other projects such as Hampton Square @ Manhattan District, Matera Residences, and Pasadena Grand Residences. Farpoint was recognized as the Best Sustainable Developer, while PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk was named the Best TOD Developer.

A new award, the Social Impact Award, was presented to PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta for their Aspen Peak project in collaboration with Harmas Land. Jakarta Garden City was awarded the Best Township Development (Jakarta), one of two wins for PT Modernland Realty Tbk.

CitraLand Gama City Medan received the Best Township Development (Greater Indonesia) award for Ciputra Group. Anantara Ubud Bali Residences by Minor International and PT Wijaya Karya Realty were honored with the Best Housing Development (Indonesia) and Best Luxury Housing Development (Bali) awards, respectively.

Summarecon Group was one of the most awarded companies this year, with six wins including Best Township Development (Jabodetabek) for Summarecon Bogor. Projects within their townships such as Flora in Summarecon Bandung, Leonora in Summarecon Serpong, and The Maple Residence in Summarecon Bogor also received recognition. The Morizen in Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, a collaboration between Summarecon Group and Sumitomo Forestry, received two awards.

Other companies with winning projects included Alex Villas, Astraland Indonesia, Damai Putra Group, DM Projects Group, Easton Urban Kapital, Fasindo Group, Frontier Experiences Holding, Greenwoods Group, Jimbaran Hijau, KPN Properti Indonesia, Perum Perumnas, PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk and Subsidiaries, PT KVP Aparthouse Propertindo, PT. Mekar Agung Sejahtera, PT Metropolitan Karyadeka Development, PT Metropolitan Land Tbk, PT. New Kuta Golf And Ocean View, PT. Prima Jaya Sarana Mulia, PT Sentul City Tbk, PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal, PT The Executive Centre Indonesia (TEC), and Two Cities Group.

Jules Kay, General Manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, highlighted the continuous growth and excellence of the Indonesian real estate sector. The winners showcased innovative architecture, design, and construction practices, emphasizing sustainable and socially responsible real estate development.

Vivin Harsanto, Chair of the independent jury panel for PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, commended the Indonesian property market for its well-thought-out projects ranging from mega townships to transit-oriented developments and smart buildings. The awards set a high standard for property development and design, driving the real estate and construction sectors to enhance and support the economy.

The independent jury panel included industry experts such as Vivin Harsanto, Alex Bayusaputro, Bagus Adikusumo, Cornel B. Juniarto, Djinadi Gunawan, Doddy A. Tjahjadi, Hendra Hartono, Lina Gan, and M. Archica Danisworo. The selection process was overseen by Wahyu Wibowo, CPA, in partnership with HLB Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan – HLB Indonesia.

The main winners will compete for the „Best in Asia“ title at the Grand Final of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 19th edition in Bangkok on December 13, 2024.
