Investing in the RIVA shopping center is the largest investment in Velika Plana this year. A job fair is also planned for July 3rd from 10 am to 6 pm.
„By building the RIVA shopping center on over 6,000 m2 and involving companies from Velika Plana in the entire process, as well as afterwards, in the operation of the center, we want to contribute to the development of the local community and leave a mark. Our investment is the largest in Velika Plana this year, and we also plan to organize a job fair on July 3rd to contribute to the development of Velika Plana,“ said Milan Donić, the investor, during a visit by representatives of national and local media.
„The construction is progressing well according to plan. The building is currently in the final stages of rough construction work, and we expect them to be completed in about a month. After that, tenants will move into the premises to customize them according to their needs, and our construction team will move on to the roadworks. Two children’s parks are planned, one smaller and one larger, and we have already made a marketing activities plan. The location is excellently connected to Belgrade and Niš, as it is located near the entrance to the E-75 highway, which is the most important traffic route through Serbia. In addition to the excellent location, we have secured a great mix of national and international brands from various categories such as fashion, footwear, sports, beauty and health, hospitality, which, along with a supermarket and a children’s playground, will enhance the entire shopping experience. The opening of our new unique shopping destination is planned for September 2024,“ explained Milan Donić, the investor, to the media representatives.
„We want to contribute to the local community by creating over 200 job opportunities, and as the interest is extremely high, we will also organize a Job Fair on July 3rd from 10 am to 6 pm in front of the City Hall. All residents of Velika Plana and surrounding areas looking for employment will be able to submit their resumes on the spot, in direct contact with employers, our future tenants, such as Lilly drugstores, Maxi, Walter, Sinsay, Koton. This way, we aim to provide all our fellow citizens with the opportunity to easily apply for a job in one place. Our future RIVA shopping park will be a place not only for entertainment and shopping but a new home for all of us,“ emphasized the investor Milan Donić.
