The Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) Selangor is gearing up for the upcoming Malaysian Property Expo (Mapex) Selangor 2024, with high hopes of making homeownership accessible to all homebuyers in the Klang Valley. Zaini expressed optimism about the potential success of Mapex Selangor 2024, stating that the association is expecting at least RM350 million in sales from the total RM4.8 billion worth of properties that will be on display during the three-day event. While aiming for more, Zaini emphasized that the 5% sales target is a conservative estimate.
As the largest state branch of Rehda, with over 370 members out of 1,500 nationwide, Rehda Selangor boasts a strong presence in the real estate industry. This means that attendees can expect to see a wide variety of properties from reputable developers at the expo.
Several prominent property developers have already confirmed their participation in Mapex Selangor 2024, including Chin Hin Group Bhd, Glomac Bhd, Mahsing Bhd, and UEM Sunrise Bhd, among others. The projects on display will be located in sought-after areas such as Ampang, Bangsar, KLCC, Puchong, and Sungai Buloh, offering a diverse selection of property types ranging from apartments and condominiums to landed houses and office suites.
