In the lead-up to the 2024 simultaneous regional elections, the candidate for Deputy Mayor of Makassar, number 2, Rezki Mulfiati Lutfi, continues to garner positive attention for her contributions to the political arena. Teaming up with Andi Seto Asapa, this duo is recognized for their significant focus on social welfare issues, particularly in enhancing public services in the healthcare sector.
One of the innovative programs championed by this duo, known by the acronym SEHATI, has been a highlight as they engage directly with the people of Makassar. A standout program that has been generating buzz among residents is the comprehensive healthcare service initiative that is easily accessible to all Makassar citizens.
This program offers convenience to the public, where individuals only need to present their Makassar ID card to receive top-notch healthcare services, without the hassle of various documents like health insurance cards, social security cards, or other certificates.
Mrs. Sari, a resident of Balang Baru Village in Tamalate District, welcomed this program with open arms. She expressed that the initiative has eased the burden of accessing healthcare services, whether at health centers or hospitals.
„This program is very helpful. In the past, we had to bring numerous referral documents to be able to receive treatment at health centers or hospitals,“ Mrs. Sari shared during a campaign dialogue with Rezki Mulfiati Lutfi on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
During another occasion when Rezki Mulfiati Lutfi visited Hartaco Village in Parang Tambung, she reiterated her commitment to bringing services closer to the people, with a focus on efficiency and ease of access. According to Rezki, the comprehensive healthcare service program aims to streamline convoluted bureaucracy and eliminate the reliance on additional documents that often complicate matters for residents.
„We want to ensure that all Makassar residents, especially in Tamalate, can enjoy the best services with just their ID card. This is part of our efforts to create an inclusive and responsive service system that caters to the needs of the community,“ Rezki explained.
With innovative programs like these, Rezki is confident that she and Andi Seto are gaining a special place in the hearts of Makassar residents. The community hopes that the convenience offered by Seto-Rezki is not just a political promise but will truly be implemented.
Rezki added that this concept has already proven successful during Andi Seto Asapa’s tenure as Regent of Sinjai Regency from 2018 to 2023. Similar programs have had a tangible impact on the welfare of Sinjai residents, and it is hoped that they will yield the same results in Makassar.
„We do not want the people of Makassar to be hindered in accessing public services. We introduce this Comfortable Health program as a solution for residents to enjoy maximum healthcare services without any obstacles,“ Rezki concluded.
In conclusion, the efforts and initiatives undertaken by Rezki Mulfiati Lutfi and Andi Seto Asapa in the realm of public health services are not only commendable but also indicative of a promising future for the people of Makassar. Their commitment to inclusivity, efficiency, and responsiveness in governance bodes well for the city’s development and the well-being of its residents.
